Who We Are

Our Services

The mentorship support is specific to coping through the legal process at the start of working with Arise Autonomous through the completion of the legal document service. It sounds simple because it is simple to anyone on the outside of the situation but the actual work it takes to deal with the court system, the change in our client’s personal life, and attempting to not lose their sense of self during the process is a heavy thing to carry alone. Mentorship will not dictate the results of your legal matter, nor will it heal you from the impact of the circumstance, it can function only as a support in coping until you, the client, decide what is the best action for you to further address the personal implications of the matter. Nevertheless, the mentorship component is a game changer when investing on legal support in the family matter.

The legal document support is specific to document preparation of the divorce, child custody and visitation, and/or the restraining order forms per our client’s specific directives; furthermore, our clients are provided with the peace of mind their legal forms are completed with due diligence and their full comprehension of the general legal process with enough time and resources to acclimate.

With our remote accessibility we are easily available for a consultation in either Los Angeles or Orange County. Meet the Team

Hi,

My name is Martha; I mentor clients with coping through their family law matter while drafting their family law documents and getting those documents filed and served timely.

I am registered and bonded in the county of Orange and Los Angeles as a Legal Document Assistant and have been in the family law sector for a solid decade now, it continues to be a passion to be of service to the community in this capacity.

The journey here started in 2016 through volunteering at a legal aid in Santa Ana and then landing a position with a private family law office in the same city.

Then, in 2019, I officially started in trauma-informed care through fostering a sibling group that successfully reunified with their family, and I went on to continue working with foster youth through a non-profit organization.

In 2023, I continued in family law through the paralegal role with a legal aid where I expanded my skills and knowledge of family law through working with multiple family law attorneys in their family law unit.

And in 2024, I graduated from the University of California, Riverside with a Bachelor of Arts in Creative Writing and a Bachelor of Arts in Ethnic Studies both of which further expanded my passion to creating a pathway to success of and for the community.

Now, in 2026, I have coupled my education and work experience into providing clients with a tailored service of mentorship in coping with the legal system and expertise of drafting their legal documents for their divorce, custody/visitation, and/or domestic violence restraining orders. This service is built from a foundation of personal integrity, impact-focus, and inspiration.

Working with me will be different from the traditional experience of dealing with a legal matter because my core focus is to provoke positive change through supporting each client in witnessing their own potential and through that experience regain the autonomy over their life despite the result of their legal matter.

I sincerely believe the start of positive change starts with humanistic regard for others and in my capacity to apply my expertise of the legal field as well as the social service world into one tailored service as my way to provoke that change. I am enthusiastic to work with you and am confident I can be of service to your family law matter and mentorship needs.
